Glidy AI uses your browser's localStorage only for non-sensitive UI preferences. All sensitive data - API keys, ServiceNow instance credentials, conversation history, and account settings - is stored server-side in our managed cloud database with per-user row-level isolation and, where appropriate, AES-256-GCM application-side encryption.
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
| theme | Your UI theme preference (light or dark) |
| glidy_cookie_consent | Your cookie consent preference |
| glidy_analytics_optout | Analytics opt-out flag (when set) |
| glidy_user_id | User ID cache for quick session scoping (non-sensitive) |
All localStorage data is non-sensitive UI state and remains on your device. Conversations, API keys, and instance credentials are never stored in localStorage - they live in our managed cloud database under your account, isolated by per-user row-level security. You can clear localStorage at any time through your browser settings, and you can export or delete your server-side data from your Glidy AI account Settings.
Glidy does not set any third-party cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any external tracking services.
If you sign in with Google OAuth, Google may set its own cookies during the authentication flow on their domain. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies (authentication) will prevent you from signing in to Glidy.
You can also use the cookie consent banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit Glidy. You can reset your preference by clearing your browser's localStorage.
