Records on any table, server-side script on the instance runtime, update sets it captures into, and the harder things most assistants will not touch: Flow Designer flows with actions and approvals, and playbooks. Flow Designer alone is the fifth most-used tool in the product, with more than 650 calls in production. A general-purpose assistant tells you which buttons to press. Glidy presses them.
Glidy exposes its ServiceNow tools as a standard MCP server, so Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Codex or any MCP client can do the work in an instance instead of writing about it. Keys are per connection and each one is tied to a single instance. Writes and Supercharge scripts switch on or off per key. An admin page shows what each key did: usage by tool, by key and by client, and every refusal or update-set gate block the guards raised.
Invite-only workspaces for the people on the engagement. Files, notes and instances are shared with everyone you invite. Sharing a conversation forks it: your colleague continues in their own copy rather than typing over your thread.
